Welcome to Aura Audio Rentals, your provider for professional audio equipment and microphone rentals in India. These Terms & Conditions govern your rentals, website usage, and interactions with our brand. By using our website and renting our equipment, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, or represent a legitimate business entity, to rent equipment from this website. You confirm that you have the necessary knowledge to handle and operate the rented audio equipment correctly. The renter assumes all responsibility for ensuring the proper and careful use of the gear.

Account and Rental Requirements

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate rental and account information for all orders placed through our service. We reserve the right to refuse any rental you place with us or to limit or cancel quantities rented per person, per company, or per order.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device to prevent unauthorized rentals.

Equipment Availability and Information

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the images and specifications of our microphones and audio equipment. We reserve the right to substitute equipment with a model of equivalent or superior specifications. We reserve the right to limit the rental of our equipment to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Fees & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (like GST) unless stated otherwise. We accept various secure payment methods as indicated during the checkout process. Prices for our equipment rentals are subject to change without notice.

Rental Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to modify or cancel your rental, please contact our support team immediately. Changes and cancellations are subject to the timeframes and fees outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the rental start date. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days prior are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 72 hours of the rental start date are non-refundable, as the equipment has been reserved and taken out of inventory. No refunds are provided for failure to accept delivery.

Intellectual Property & Website Use

The Aura Audio Rentals name, logo, and all related service names, designs, and slogans are the intellectual property of Aura Audio Rentals. All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Equipment Use & Liability

Clients are responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear, or for its loss or theft during the rental period. Aura Audio Rentals is not liable for any data loss, poor recording quality, third-party property damage, or project delays arising from the use, misuse, or malfunction of the rented equipment. Our total liability for any equipment rented is strictly limited to the rental price paid for that equipment.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the website and our rental services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
